citPEAK is extending their team in Cairo with a Digital Education and Content Lead.

Job Description

• Lead the development and execution of Customer's digital education framework, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs
• Acquire deep understanding and expertise about Customer's user personas, market, and software solution to create e-learning content that is accurate, informative and therefore valuable to learners
• Define the strategic vision for the online academy, including content strategy, course offerings, and engagement tactics
• Actively participate in content creation, leveraging your expertise in video production, animation, and video editing to develop engaging and interactive e-learning materials
• Manage a team of digital content specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to drive excellence in content creation and delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and customer success, to gather insights and ensure alignment of educational initiatives with product development and customer requirements
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to enrich course content and expand learning opportunities for customers
• Oversee the design and implementation of interactive and engaging e-learning materials, incorporating instructional design principles and emerging technologies to optimize user experience and knowledge retention
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the online academy, regularly analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital education, leveraging insights to continuously enhance the digital education framework and maintain competitive advantage

Job Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Digital Media, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital education, e-learning development, or instructional design, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful online learning programs
• You have strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of content creators or instructional designers
• You have hands-on experience with video production, animation, and video editing, with proficiency in relevant software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects), Final Cut Pro, or similar
• You have a deep understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and e-learning best practice
• You are proficient in e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS), such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Moodle
• You have excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines
• You have strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely
• You are passionate about education, technology, and innovation, with a strong desire to drive positive change through digital learning initiatives
• You are fluent in English; German language proficiency is an advantage
