Job Description

• Acquire a deep understanding of Customer's user personas, market, and software solutions to tailor content that resonates with the target audience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and customer success, to gather insights and ensure content accuracy
• Develop e-learning content that aligns with instructional design principles, incorporating interactive elements to enhance user engagement and understanding
• Create engaging video content, including screen recordings, tutorials, demos, and promotional videos, using tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects
• Produce high-quality voiceovers for video content, ensuring clarity and professionalism in delivery
• Utilize animation techniques to enhance visual appeal and convey complex concepts effectively
• Collaborate with the lead in designing and scripting digital training sessions, ensuring they meet high-quality standards
• Stay updated on industry trends and user feedback to continuously refine and improve content strategies
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of existing content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with evolving product features and customer needs
• Collaborate with the team to gather and analyze user feedback, using insights to enhance content quality

Job Requirements 

• You have proven experience in content creation, with a focus on digital formats and e-learning materials.
• You have mastered instructional design principles, scriptwriting, and storyboarding
• You are proficient in video creation and editing, including screen recording, voiceovers, and animations
• You are a collaborative team player who effectively collaborates with cross-functional teams, incorporating feedback and insights into content development
• You are flexible to adapt to evolving product features, industry trends, and customer needs
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
• You have experience with e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMSs), such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
• You can demonstrate proficiency in Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant software tools
• You are proactive in seeking opportunities for continuous improvement in content quality and delivery
• You are fluent in English; German language proficiency is an advantage
